Re: have you ever cried at the end of a book?

I think I've cried at almost every book I've ever read that has anything sad in it. 7th Harry Potter book, Twilight series, A Northern Light, A-list series...

Yeah, On Chinese Cinderella and Betrayed. They were both so sad!

Re: have you ever cried at the end of a book?

I just finished The Host by Stephenie Meyer (I highly recommend this book) and it made me cry like a baby.

The 6th and 7th Harry Potter books made me cry at the ends, the 6th is obvious and the 7th was because it was over.

The end of Looking for Alaska made me cry like there was no tomorrow, well I was a sobbing mess the entire second half of that book actually.

The Gemma Doyle Series end made me cry uncontrollably, it was hard letting go of all those characters I loved so much.

The end of Silver is for Secrets made me cry like a baby as well.

~*Time passes. Even when it seems impossible. Even when each tick of the second hand aches like the pulse of blood behind a bruise. It passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but pass it does.*~

ohhh, it was sooo sad when Jacob left!!!!!!! That wasn't fair! Although I'm sure if Bella knew she'd feel extremely guilty...

We'll see how she feels  on August 2 but I would have cried even harder if she chose Jacob over Edward so that would have been a sad ending either way though.

Yes! Let's see...
Drums, Girls and Dangerous Pie- Jordan Sonnenblick (FANTASTIC)

New Moon- Stephenie Meyer (OME! IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THIS SERIES READ IT!) not the end so much though

Notes From the Midnight Driver- Jordan Sonnenblick

Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix (good duh.) basically the whole book i cried

Diary of a Young Girl- Anne Frank (must read)

Also a bunch I can't remember

I'm pretty sure we'll all cry at the end of breaking dawn, no matter what happens.

Re: have you ever cried at the end of a book?

I cried like the biggest baby after "Tuesdays With Morrie". I also cried after "Bridge to Terabithia" and I was only in the second grade! I guess I get way to attached to the characters! :smileytongue:
