Have the quality control issues with the tearing screens been fixed with this generaion?  If not then what's the point?

by icthusman1 on ‎11-05-2013 02:34 PM

Now, if only I could enter without a Facebook account. I have no Facebook account and will not make one. Sadly, this means I am ineligible to enter this competition or even to see the rules.

I understand why you need MY personal information but not why you need my friends list...that is truly bothersome.

The whole point of this sort of promotion is to build their marketing mailing list.  If you sign up for LinkedIn they constantly want you to grant them access to your personal Contacts list (they're still spamming my 85-year-old mother because my nephew made that mistake).  If you want my friends list or contacts the answer is no, to anything.  Not even negotiable.

I cannot get the link to work?

by amys_r on ‎11-08-2013 10:17 PM

I also cannot get the link to work! And I so would love to win the Nook Glow Light ereader! I tried Google Chrome (latest version) and Internet Explorer (also latest version) but all I get is a blank page (https://socialapps.sprinklr.com/apps/socialapps/facebook/217/1843/10/) and this is the link that shows in the address bar. What can I do to enter this contest?

by SomeoneOfConsequence on ‎11-09-2013 05:17 PM

Hmmm... the link SAYS it is a Facebook Sweepstakes, the URL tries to go to Sprinklr, and you can't get there.  And searching on Facebook finds absolutely nothing.  The only online entry directions tell us to go back to the web page and click the link -- I thought contests had to be available to all customers even if you don't have a computer.

Will it be extended?  Will free entries be given to make up for the inconvenience?  How do we get someone to look into this?

No Facebook account, either. :smileysad:
