Sir Alexander MacGruder's goal is to avenge his father's murder, not to become entangled with the enemy. But once he kidnaps her, his desire to keep Lady Nichola Westcott with him, in his home—in his bed—unwittingly makes her a target for those who have no qualms about shedding English blood. For her part, Nichola hardly expects the dangerously seductive Scot who kidnaps her to be a man of honor. With a wastrel brother and a treacherous former fiancé, she knows better than to trust the word of any man.

Though Sir Alexander promises not to hurt her, Nichola knows her only value is as a pawn to be ransomed. But she finds herself in an even more dangerous trap—one created by her powerful attraction to a man whose touch shakes her to the core. Unwilling and unable to resist each other, can Nichola and Alexander save a love that has enslaved them both?

Stay tuned for the newest book in the MacGruder Brothers series, His Seduction, available now for preorder.

Kids will absolutely love today’s Free Friday’s app selection—the charmingly cuddly Bear Dress Up by Detention Apps.

First, players choose one of nine teddy bears to customize as their own. I’m partial to the koala bear version myself—it brings back memories of a family trip to Australia where we saw real, live koalas! Now it’s time to make your bear your very own—picking from over 175 items like hats, wigs, jewelry and more—to accessorize your bear and make it your own. Then once your bear looks exactly how you want it to, it’s time to feed your new pal some favorite snacks like pizza & ice cream.

To add a final sweet touch, once your little one has designed their very own custom bear, they can tap the ‘snow’ button to shower their bear in a snowstorm of Gummy Bears. Yum!

Don’t forget to check out dozens of other playful Detention Apps, too.

Free Fridays Recommends

Each week, we ask our featured author to recommend a book or author that you may want to check out. Since authors are such passionate readers themselves, we thought you might like to find out what they love to read, too! Here’s what Helen recommends:

Thanks as always to B&N and the community for finding the freebies for us. Just loaded up my sister's nook and now doing mine. We've had the 1st generation nook since 2010! She bought hers for her 39th birthday and surprised me with mine a month later for my 40th!

IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

This month my Nook and I celebrate our second year anniversary together! LOL

There has not been a Friday in the last one hundred and four weeks that I have not logged on my laptop in anticipation of what treasures I'll find this week!  Although, I have purchased several books (thanks to some great B&N sales) by my favorite authors, two thirds of my (200+) books are Free Friday finds. Thanks to you all I have discovered so many new authors and gendres.  I also look forward each week to reading all who comment here as well, so many of your names are a familiar sight to me now..Such a great group of people!

Thanks once again gang for all your efforts in making this day special for so many of us!

Have a great weekend all!
