Three girls from very different backgrounds all converge during summer break on a Georgia peach orchard. Birdie’s dad owns the farm, her cousin Leeda is visiting for the summer, and Murphy is working on the farm as part of a public service punishment for some teenage mistakes. As the lazy southern summer passes, these three Georgia ‘peaches’ form an unlikely friendship, find themselves wading into the waters of teenage summer love, and learn life lessons along the way. Following their adventures will make you pine for those simple summers of days gone by.
This special edition of Peaches includes a sneak peek at Jodi Lynn Anderson’s upcoming novel Tiger Lily—a dark and romantic reimagining of the Peter Pan fairy tale, available now for pre-order.
Set at the time of the Spanish Inquisition in the fifteenth century, "Rose of Fire" tells the story of the origins of the mysterious labyrinthine library, the Cemetery of Forgotten Books, which lies at the heart of Carlos Ruiz Zafon's novels The Shadow of the Wind, The Angel's Game, and now The Prisoner of Heaven—available for pre-order. This special edition of “Rose of Fire” includes an excerpt of The Prisoner of Heaven.
Free Fridays Recommends
Each week, we ask our featured author to recommend a book or author that you may want to check out. Since authors are such passionate readers themselves, we thought you might like to find out what they love to read, too! Here’s what Jodi Lynn Anderson recommends:
NOOK owners: go to shop and search for “Jodi Lynn Anderson” to download her delightful books.

Thanks to all who make up the lists and to B&N for the free Friday's. It's a lot of work to prepare the lists and it is greatly appreciated! Have a great and peaceful 4th of July!

As a Nook owner for a couple of years, first the original nook nw the Simple Touch, I really, really appreciate the free books although I buy books as well.
I am wondering how the partnership with Microsoft will affect Free Fridays. It has resulted in the termination of the relationship with The Cheap (Nook Deals) blog, which is unfortunate. I have bought several Nook books after seeing them there.

Jeremy, would it be possible for B&N to suspend online reviews of the Free Fridays selection on the day of that selection? It seems to me that a lot of people with a knee-jerk reaction to the book based on their personal preferences go onto the product page on Friday to voice their opinion, not of the book itself, but of B&N's choice of that book for Free Friday. This seriously skews the book's rating and means that, for those of us looking for an honest review of the book, a lot of lost time wading through irrelevant comments. I also spend a lot of time reporting those "reviews" as unhelpful and flagging them for off-topic content (not that my doing so seems to make any difference). If you suspended the reviews for the Friday on which the book is offered, it seems likely to me that the knee-jerk responders will lose interest (or post their responses here, where they are more appropriate); those who have actually read the book and want to submit an honest review are more likely to come back on a subsequent date to post their review.

Many, many thanks to Jeremy, spec, Jeff, and, now, butterfly13. Thanks to you all I've been told that "walking" through my nook library is like entering a wonderful book store. I would also like to thank you all for making my decisions on my next read so difficult. This is truly a joy. Thank you all again!

Thanks for all the wonderful books. I just bought my dad who is 84 a Nook glow and he loves it. However he only reads westerns. Can you start adding some westerns to your list?
Thanks so much Kepp posting all the wonderful books.
