Free Fridays!

Categories: Free Fridays

Crush, the second Vail thriller – which, like its predecessor, is FREE for a limited time – finds Karen on a well deserved vacation in California’s wine country. Vail’s pleasure tour quickly turns into a professional and personal nightmare when the media-savvy Crush Killer crashes her sojourn.

Jacobson’s thrillers are adrenaline inducing and highly addictive. His latest book, Velocity was released just last month and if you missed The 7th Victim it’s now specially priced at $2.99.

NOOK owners: go to shop, and search “Alan Jacobson” to download all his titles.

Dear Paul,

I love your blog and read it religiously. I especially love Free Fridays! (who doesn't?)

I don't remember seeing "The 7th Victim" for free. Was it just not on your blog? I checked all the way back to July and didn't see it.

I see I am not the only one that missed it. Is there anyway we can get "The 7th Victim" for free again for a few days?

Thanks!

Your blog still rocks, regardless!

It was posted on Facebook on October 8th.  there were problems with the Free Friday book so this was posted

"Unfortunately, the planned FREE FRIDAY promo is experiencing technical difficulties. So, until we have this issue resolved, please feel free (which it is!) to download Alan Jacobson’s chilling tale of an FBI profiler whose connections to a cleverly sadistic serial killer run deeper than you'll ever imagine. Click the link below to get your copy."

The Free Friday book ended up being "Hunt at the Well of Eternity"

AWESOME...I just love Free Fridays!  Have a great weekend all!

Thanks Paul and B & N!!!

Okay, I gotta join the bandwagon on this one.  I am on here religiously, each friday and do not recall this book being offered.  I'm with the goyabeanPugsnot and the others, is there a way the first book could be posted for us loyal fans?  Maybe if we say pretty please, with a cherry on top even :smileyhappy:

Pugsnot is correct. "7th Victim" was listed on www.facebook.com/nookBN. That said, now it's specially priced at $2.99 for a limited time.

I picked up "7th Victim" on 10/08/2010.  I am sure it was free that day.

So it seems it was free on facebook, but not on here?  It looks like people were downloading it off of facebook, but I never saw it show up in the blog on B&N, just the "Hunt at the Well of Eternity" book.

I can't say for sure where I got it, but I don't think it was Facebook, as I rarely use that site. That being said, I also received my copy on 10/08/2010.

Ok, just figured out how I got it. I follow @eBooksBN on Twitter. They announce the Free Friday book on that feed. Usually it is a link to this blog, but for that book it went directly to B&N's site: specifically to the purchase page for that book.

Enjoyed 7th victim so I know I'm going to like this one. I love free Friday since it introduces me to new authors all the time! Thanks Paul.

I remember it. What's weird this week is that Free Fridays isn't showing up on my nook. I had to come on here to find it, and I was able to buy the book, so there's evidently no problem with my 3G connection.

It should show up on your NOOK at 12:00 EST, eserafina.
