Free Fridays

Categories: Free Fridays

Like any good novelist, protagonist Orla Hart sometimes forgets that you can’t write a script for real life. When she invites her best friend Millie to spend the summer with her to recuperate from a tough break-up, Orla quickly hatches a plan to find a new beau for her heartbroken friend. Of course, unlike in her novels, Orla can’t just pull the strings and conjure a happy ending out of thin air.

You’ll quickly fall in love with this quirky pair of friends, and their summer of adventures (and misadventures) are good for plenty of laughs. Once this talented British author charms you, be sure to explore her other titles, including her most recent release, Staying at Daisy’s.

I have not yet been able to get one single book on "Free Friday's" so I don't know if the books are any good or not.

Bob-The-Kraut not sure why your having problems. You simply click on the photo of the book then click on the button that says Get Free Ebook. Are you following that process?

Thanks. This sounds like an interesting read, though I'd like to know: will we ever have more YA books? A lot of teens have nooks too.

Yes!  A book I am sure I will enjoy and a new author to boot!  Can't wait to start it.  Thanks Jeremy.  Great job!

I ordered the free book from my nook last night but it's not on my Nook yet.  I got confirmation on my email that they got my order.  What's up??

I've yet to see a link on my Nook Color for the Free Friday selection. Have had mine since Thanksgiving.  Maybe I need to be in the B&N?

:smileysad: I guess the Free Friday is over .  It says the book is 7.99 now.  I was out of town this weekend and couldn't download it.  To bad I could have used a light read.

Unfortunately, I missed out on the book. I looked for an announcement on Shop Home on my color Nook and couldn't find it. The Free Friday books were announced there in the past. Could they be announce there again in the future?

Unfortunately, I keep missing them also. Not sure what the issue is but I have a heck of a time in here. VERY slow page loads and freezes. Other sites are ok.
