The series’ young protagonist, Laurel, always knew she was a bit different—never quite fitting in with the other kids. When she arrives in a new town, a series of events makes clear that she’s actually more out of the ordinary than she could have ever imagined. As she undergoes a strange metamorphoses, and embarks on a tentative romance, Laurel begins to discover that her uniqueness brings both new opportunities and challenges.

This special edition includes an excerpt from the upcoming third book in the series, Illusions.

Jeremy,

Just as an FYI... You have the Author's first name spelled wrong at the bottom of your post.  Trying to do a search with the name as posted brings up no results.

Thank you for Free Fridays!  Even though I'm not a "Young Adult," I still think I will enjoy Wings--I like reading everything!

Usually, you just go to the Unbound blog and the free friday book is listed there.  You can then select it and download it from there.  For some reason, it seems to be late today...

This was a cute, light read. I enjoyed the unique quirk on the supernatural subject matter, which the market is saturated with. Thanks!

I bought this book quite a while back...and it got pushed to the bottom of the pile. Once I picked it up, I could not put it down! I read thru it in one day, and quickly got SPELLS (#2). I love fae stories, especially where there is a love triangle mixed with danger!

I know a lot of people will be rooting for David (the human)...but I instantly fell in love with and root for Tamani (the fae)!!!

I'm finishing up book 3 (ILLUSIONS) and it is the best one so far!! I can't wait to see how it ends...and really hope the author continues with the storyline for a few more books!!!
