How about adding December 1941 and the authorized biography of the Queen Mother to the recommendations for non-fiction?

This new service has been an ongoing nightmare! I purchased a specific nook book for my father for Christmas.I received the confirmation email with a picture of the book and my message to my dad. My bank shows that barnes & noble charged me 14.99 for the book; however, my father never received an email nor the book. I called the bn.com tech support and was told I did not purchase a specific ebook but, rather, an electronic gift card. My email confirmation proves that the tech was wrong, but he would not acknowledge it. Instead, he said he would just "send" my father the ebook and it would be taken care of. It never showed up, nor did the tech person at bn.com send the ebook. After waiting a few more days, I again called and got the same runaround. I called again tonight and asked for a supervisor. I waited 35 minutes for one to pick up the call. She could not figure out how to solve the problem and said she would call me back. About a half hour later, she called back, acknowledged that I did in fact purchase an ebook, not an e-gift card. She then put me on hold to talk to a nook tech person who gave her a url and code number to redeem the ebook into my father's account. Problem: the code the tech gave the supervisor is 16 digits, but the box where you type the code asks for the 13-digit code. I have gone over my minutes allowed on my phone for this--which will cost me $$--and the issue is still not resolved: the supervisor couldn't understand why the tech gave her a 16-digit code that is obviously incorrect. Since she got off duty an hour later, she said she would have to call me back another day. I HATE BN.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
