This bestselling British author has won the hearts of critics and readers on this side of the pond as well. The Sacramento Book Review calls Perfect Timing: “Another winner... Mansell weaves an entertaining tale with rich, interesting characters.”

On the night before her wedding, Poppy Dunbar is out with her friends, having one last night on the town before she settles down with her reliable, predictable fiancé Rob. But as luck would have it, Poppy meets an alluring stranger—a man she is convinced is Mr. Right—and her whole life is turned upside down. Instead of facing tough choices, Poppy decides to outrun her problems, escaping to London and leaving her hometown of Bristol behind. Now she needs to reassess her entire life, while trying to calm the storm that her rash decision set into action.

It was several weeks ago.  I don't always get the posts either, not sure why. If you don't get the post, you can search "Free Friday" on bn.com.  Millie's Fling was a nice read; hopefully it's still fre so you can get it.

I really liked Millie's Fling and I loved this book too. Lots of humor. The characters are all true to life and the situations they find themselves in are just too funny. Thank you to B&N for introducing me to authors I might not otherwise be familiar with!
