Re: Bible

I was looking at this bible myself and I don't think it will serve my purpose. I want one that has links at the Table of contents so I can select book, then chapter, then verse. This Bible didn't appear to have that function.

I would assume that you could still perform a search to find what you want, but it won't be as easy as the direct link method. It is only $2.99 though so it still seems a good deal even without the links.

Re: Bible

Thank you so much for your reply.   We have a very good Bible that we downloaded for free onto our laptop for Bible study but, I was hoping to get it for the Nook.  DARN!!  The Nook would be much easier to transport. God Bless

Re: Bible

If the Nook is powered by "Android", those who are interested in ebook bibles, commentaries, etc. might want to check out the free stuff over at www.olivetree.com.

Re: Bible

I love olivetree! I have purchased books from them for my smartphone. If they have what you want I would recommend them.

Re: Bible

I too have used Olive tree for years and it is worth using...if its "nook-able" that is.
