How are your replacement nooks?

I've seen several posts where people are getting replacement nooks. Please let us know how your new, new nooks are. My replacement is suppose to arrive early this week. Thanks. ![]()

I'll be curious to know the answer to this. I contacted tech support 2 weeks ago because of issues with my nook. I asked to return mine and get a refund. Instead, without telling me, they put it through as a rapid return.
In the meantime, after the software update, my nook is working well and I don't want a replacement! I've been going through hell trying to get them to cancel the replacement! Not sure what I'll do if they end up sending me the replacement. I may just send it back or refuse to accept it. I've been on hold 35 mins now getting shuttled back and forth trying to take care of the situation and am having no luck![]()
