My mom pre-ordered my nook for me for christmas?

i looked today and it b&n.com said that they have way more orders than expected and wont have them all ready by christmas and now i'm scared i wont be getting it.

she ordered it probably about a week ago and i was with her and the cashier didnt give my mom the option of the nook certrificate, so does that mean i will be getting it?

sorry if it sounds kind of brattish, i'm just really excited to get it and i dont want to wait longer than i have to!

I think as long as you have already ordered it you should get it before christmas. When you ordered it, it should have given you a date as to when it will be shipped. I ordered one last week, also, and it said it would be shipped on December 18! So if you ordered yours around the same time you should get yours around the same time. I can't wait!
