I'm running into major paging problems/annoyances in the Windows e-book client. The client is chopping off portions of the bottom of pages. The amount chopped off depends on how you have the margins and text size set. The easiest way to notice what's happening is to expand/minimize the sidebar and pieces of text that were missing will show up at the bottom of pages. Attempting to use the page down key (or down arrow key) either moves to the next page skipping the "hidden text" or sometimes doesn't work at all.
It kind of defeats the purpose of e-book readers when you can't read the whole page.
