Anyone concerned about the screen saver burning the pixels out on the Nook?

E-ink is a different beast than typical computer screens.  There will be no "burning" of the screen.  See this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_Ink

True, it is not an issue as it was with CRTs.  But I have noticed "ghost" text under the screen saver occasionally when the nook goes to sleep.  It is always clear when the nook is powered off, though.

 

Probably a software issue.  Sure wish there was a place for bug reports.....
