If I had my way, the page turn buttons would have been reversed so that the forward button was on top. I tend to hold it with my fingers in the back and my thumbs up front, usually right in the middle (approximately where the back button is). Since the forward button is used more frequently during normal reading, it would make more sense to me to have the forward button be where my fingers default. As a compromise, it would be nice if the button directions were programmable so that you could make them go whichever way you wanted.
That would even leave open the possibility that the buttons would always go forward no matter which you pushed and would relegate the far less frequently used back function to a swipe of the touch-screen..... if you wanted. Customizability for a device intended for reading makes it all the more comfortable to YOU for that process so I figured I would make this suggestion.
