Well that's good news.  Should mean that they begin shipping tonight or tomorrow and nooks should be arriving only a couple days late instead of a week or more late.  Now it's a wait and see game, since B&N are being so close mouthed about the entire process.

Well, there's always the possibility that the delay really is due to production issues.

Suffice to say I have access to the docket.  I do not want to give more information for fear of compromising my identity.  

But individuals in other threads and on nookboards have independently confirmed this fact as well.

YAAAAY!!! I've been stalking.. ehem, I mean checking the boards today to see if anyone heard about the injunction!!! I don't know why I'm so excited about nook, but I sure can't wait to see my order status change.

It would be nice if I could get it before the end of the week.  My Nook is my birthday present and my birthday is on Sunday. I also want to read the new Steve Berry book and my copy from the library is not ready yet.

I am now reading the Physick Book of Deliverence Dane, and it is very good if anyone wants a good ebook!

Maybe the reps received newer information. I've called them too many times today already. Report back here if you will.

The phone reps don't have that information.  All they can tell you is the new ship date.  How do I know?  I called them and had a nice conversation with the lady.

I was so happy to hear the news!! let's hope we see some shipping today or tomorrow!!  Of course if it truly was due to supply (which is possible), then it may still be a while before things ship.

Ok, well that's cool. I know people who would be able to, but I, personally, don't.

Good to know though.

Hopefully this was the only cause of the hiccup and no manufacturing issues are to blame.... :/
