problem with download of bibles

About a month ago I downloaded the NIV Bible from Zondervan, and had an error when downloading "Unlocking failed because of an unknown error.  This book may be corrupt"  .

I contacted tech support and they said they were working on the issue.  Last week I called, after still having a problem, and they credited my account for the purchase.

Today I purchased the TNIV bible from Zondervan and have the same error!  I've got several other books I've purchased that work fine on my BB Storm 9530 so I don't understand why I'm having problems with bibles.  Is anyone else having the problem?  I prefer having just the one application of ereader on my phone.  I've purchased ebooks years ago from fictionwise, but the format was for my palm, which is now obsolete.

ahhh - I see you also posted your error condition on the book review....

wonder if it could be a space problem on your BB phone - the bible is 3.4meg ?

Interesting. Space issue is a good possibility as many devices have a limit to what can be opened and run. Perhaps reallocating the space to allow for more program execution and less PIM data?

I don't think that memory is a problem, as here's my info:

application memory: free space 26.5mb

device memory:  free space 866.5mb

media card:  free space 2.8gb

I'm thinking it's the file type that it can't work on the storm, as the Zondervan website doesn't shows the file types for BB as prc (Mobipocket) and pdf (Adobe) 

I'm not sure what file type the BB Storm uses....

The response from Zondervan was that the file formats are adobe and mobipocket.  According to the mobipocket website, the software for the storm is still beta version, so perhaps that's the issue.
