"Go to"

Is there any way the "go to" button could be expanded to include "last page"?  Sometimes I find myself wanted to read the ending and then go back to where I was reading.  Is there currently a way to skip to the end  of an article or story on my nook?  Thanks, for the help, Robin Otto (Robin's Readings)
