The Secret
Rhonda Byrne
The Secret's roots have been found in oral traditions, in literature, in religions and philosophies throughout the centuries -- but now, for the first time, all the pieces of this fascinating outlook on life come together in this revelatory work. With this book, readers can learn how to use The Secret in every aspect of their lives -- money, health, relationships, happiness, and in every interaction they have in the world. The Secret contains wisdom from modern-day teachers -- men and women who have used it to achieve health, wealth, and happiness."
The Science of Getting Rich
Wallace D. Wattles
This classic financial guide authored by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910 is the book that initially inspired Rhonda Byrne to pursue the ideas behind The Secret when she was down-and-out. A guide for everyday people who are interested in uncovering the secrets of getting rich through strategies and case studies, this timeless title is considered by many to be the go-to primer for generating wealth.
The Law of Attraction
Esther and Jerry Hicks
You've most likely heard the sayings "Like attracts like," or "Birds of a feather flock together" -- and this groundbreaking book presents the powerful basics of the original Teachings of Abraham to illuminate these universal truths, so that you can apply them to your personal dreams and goals. Readers will discover how all things -- wanted or unwanted -- are brought to you by what the authors believe is most powerful law of the universe, the Law of Attraction: "That which is like unto itself is drawn."
Quantum Success
Sandra Anne Taylor
What would you do if you could really achieve your every wish? This fascinating look at the "science of success" presents a formula for abundant living actually based in the principles of quantum physics, and how you can actually tap in to these powerful forces to make your dreams come true. International speaker, counselor, and corporate consultant Sandra Anne Taylor has been teaching these principles around the world with amazing results -- and now, it's your turn to make them work for you!
Ask and It Is Given
Esther and Jerry Hicks
This insightful book by Esther and Jerry Hicks again presents the teachings of the nonphysical entity Abraham to help readers learn how to manifest your desires to live the joyous and fulfilling lives they truly deserve. With this guide, readers can come to understand how relationships, health issues, finances, career concerns, and more are influenced by the Universal laws that govern reality.
The Intention Experiment
Lynne McTaggart
In The Intention Experiment, Lynne McTaggart, an award-winning science journalist and leading figure in the human consciousness studies community, presents a gripping scientific detective story and takes you on a mind-blowing journey to the farthest reaches of consciousness. It actually invites the reader to take an active part in its original research, and discover that thought is a "thing" that affects other things -- generating its own palpable energy that readers can use to improve their lives -- and even change the world.

1. Identify what you want
2. Vibrate at a higher frequency
3. Allow results
For a distinctly metaphysical book obtained from channeled information try "The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham" by Esther and Jerry Hicks. If you need a book that reinforces the idea through repetition, then consider "The Secret."
I also recommend "Nexus: A Neo Novel" by Deborah Morrison and Arvind Singh for highlighting the dramatic transformation of people at a spiritual retreat from negative states to positive ones. It's a story that highlights compassion, empathy and finding inner peace.

Thanks for the great suggested readings. I recently read a book that everybody must read. It will change your life, just as the seceret did for many. The book is called "The Complete Vision Board Kit" and is written by John Assaraf, a featured teacher in the move the secret.
The book teaches people a recipe for creating a vision board, a simple tool which allows people to realize their dreams and desired outcomes through the powers of visualization and intention. The book details the key recipe for creating a vision board which helps you focus your mind and separate your thoughts from the background noise.
Assaraf is letting people download a free chapter from the book here... www.TheVisionBoardKit.com. He also has a couple inspirational videos here.

More books to add to the shelf, in addition to The Secret. These are surely must reads.
Jerome Christopher King
This truth-seeking work focuses on areas of life that the people of the world today tend to overlook. The focal point of the manuscript examines different life circumstances that commonly happen each day. The reader will eventually begin to ponder with meaning as a scenario in life is taken and dissected strongly as it delves into areas most of us usually do not want to think about. It's a work that will surely make one open the mind, as it offers an alternate view on life's infamous state of affairs. These scenarios can range from struggles in grade school, to politics in religion, all the way to the simple conversations that one might have with the local neighbor. The reader will learn to see an entirely different side of life as the book opens up the hidden things that exist within these life circumstances. The nature of this work is what most would refer to as a "deep work". The main focus is on life itself and as each day begins, the paths we choose...
Jack Kornfield

Dropping Almonds
Bach Anon
Not your typical business book, Dropping Almonds sheds light on the politics involved at upper levels of executive leadership. Based on true experiences, Dropping Almonds delivers an alternative perspective to Business 101.

The Scarecrow by Andrew Dunsbergen. Definitely for those who love sci fi. It has a lot of promise but its a bit short (which can be a good thing for those who don't have a lot of time..Only around 130 pages) but its still an excellent story
