This is so different from what he'd written before. I liked it because it wasn't your typical King novel. How did it strike you, as a King fan? Did you like or dislike it because it was so different?

I really liked this story. I also believe that the movie that was made as a result was a very good screen adaptation. There were lots of times that this story made me very sad though. When I originally read the book I had not yet had my two children but in rewatching the movie not too long ago the story took on a slightly different tinge. What did you think about it?

I liked the book so much more than the movie, and I really liked the movie. I loved the twist that King puts on his supernatural. The possession meets evil incarnate. Fun stuff.
