Natalie has to make a very difficult decision regarding the man she loves. What does it take to bring her to the crisis point? Is there ever really a conflict for someone like Nat -- are there circumstances where she would have chosen differently?
Note: This discussion topic is particularly suitable for readers who have read all or nearly all of Daddy's Girl. If you haven't finished the novel yet, please be aware that this discussion may contain plot spoilers.

Yes, it is a tough decision, but she will make the right choice and pursue the truth. And when she finds the truth she will follow her sense of right, her honesty, and her interidy and follow pursuit and leave her heart behind for awhile.

I'll say something general here so I don't spoil it, but to me, I love characterization in any novel and I think it's the most important element in my books - usually. (Though twisty plot is a plus.) I love people, that's why. But bottom line, I really think the way to reveal character is through the choices they make, and it's dramatic, too. So Nat's choices both define her and change her and show how she grows. Just like us. Love from Lisa, aka Dr. Phil
