He sat down with his guitar and played and it was magical. I was especially taken with the song ‘Cry, Cry, Cry' which perfectly sums up what small children are saying when they cry. I particularly loved the lyric. "I'm too young to go quiet in the night. Try to put me to sleep I'm gonna give it a fight." My daughter Charlotte didn't sleep though the night until she was four years old and those words really hit me hard.... and made me laugh.
Editor's Note: The Barnes & Noble Exclusive edition of Ziggy's latest album, Family Time, contains four bonus singalong song versions.

Great! Now I have to go to Barnes and Noble and get Ziggy Marley's "Family Time" because I heard him sing Cry, cry, cry. And I don't have any children.
One of my favorite songs is his father's "No woman no cry." In 2005 I spent a week in Jamaica, one aftrenoon at Nine Mile where Bob Marley was born and where he is buried. I sat on his "Single Bed" and have the picture to prove it. I also attended Montego Bay Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest and after a night of wild non-stop music I will never be the same again. Maybe I should add that I was 66 at the time and in the early morning hours had to buy a folding chair, because the vibrations next to the bandstand made my legs buckle. At least I think it was from the vibrations.
