Reflections on Following Dads Footsteps
The one desire I most wish to attain
is to see the shadow of my footprint
in His foot prints along the way.
And if I but land in one
Of those great prints, here and there
as I stretch my gait to fit His,
Then my life has been full
and focused well on the goal,
to have filled such shoes as these.
