As you all know, I start a story, stop writing, start a new one, ect. Does anyone have ANY advice for me? I really want to finish a novel/book, whatever you want to call it. I'll take any advice. Really. I started another one (again, sorry) and I've decided to try to combine all of my ideas that I've had and combine it into one. I think it's going well, but I want some advice before I stop writing, and to help me in the future.
Again, I'm so so so so soooooooooo sorry that I always do this!

I don't know what your writing style is like, but maybe it would help you to jump around the story. I'll give you an example of what I'm soing with my own story. I started out with one character's point of view, and then jumped to a different character, still building both characters, just changing the point of view. Next, I'm going to start with another character, and then go back to the first. Change it up a little so I don't get bored. It may even give me more ideas for what to write about later. Or you could even begin the story and then jump to what you think you want in the middle and possibly build like that. You can always go back and re-arrange the story lines in the order you want them.
Hope that helps. I know everyone has a different style of writing.

Thanks anyway blue cow girl.
Kat-
My writing, well I'm not really sure how to describe it. I have posted a few stories on here, so you can read them if you want.
I'm not sure if that'll work for me, maybe, I'll have to try it.

You should always use attention grabbers and cliff hangers which inspire your reader to continue reading on , you should make writing a habit and dedicate every day a certain time to it so you dont loose the plotline. Try Googleing writing tips there are some really good articles that talk about it hope this helps.

Try to write a short story in a single sitting. In other words, get to the end of it before you do anything else. It will probably be quite rough, but you may find it easier to continue working on something if you've made it to the end of the story. Of course, this advice is for stories, not novels. But it might be a good way to start working on follow through.
