The Ship of Sorrow

[ Edited ]
Alone in the ship of sorrow, Drifting in the hollow sea, Sailing for a lost land, A land no longer there, Swallowed by the hollows, The hollows of a silent sea, Sailing with ney but stars to follow, I sail the hollows, For hope is never hollow. The gail may blow, Shredding my sails, The rain may fall, Flooding my hold, The waves may crash, Splintering my bow, Yet hope is never hollow. The pain harrows my mind, The pain tears my body, The sorrow swallows my soul, But hope is never hollow, Hope shall keep me afloat.
Silence is golden,
Duck tape is silver.

Re: The Ship of Sorrow

This poems is really cool..

About fear, sorrow, and things that take over sometimes,

but hope is always there no matter how small or how big...

Great, impactful, beautiful poem..:smileywink:
