    Problems downloading books using NOOK app on an iPad


      I use the NOOK app on an iPad. Recently, when I click on the cloud-with-the-down-arrow icon to load new ebooks on my device, the progress "clock" comes up, but it never gets farther than 1%. Any suggestions how I can fix this? Have I missed an update?
