      I changed my password recently before my nook unexpectedly shut down for 3 days. When it came back on it asked for my passcode, but nothing worked. I'm so confused. How can I reboot everything including my stupid passcode?

          Presuming you mean you changed the account password using a web browser...


          Reset to your original password and see if the Nook can connect.


          The way the Nook works you basically have to deregister the nooks first, then change password, followed by reregistering the Nook to the new settings.
