    Japanese character issues...

So, (to be honest) I haven't looked into the matter thoroughly and have only called my local B&N location (because today is Sunday and Technical Support won't be available until Monday), but I downloaded a few books in Japanese and was excited to read them, and when I opened the book all I got were a few words of english and little squares. I'm really disappointed first off, but I am holding out hope that there is a solution? Nook, as with all readers, has it's little bugs, but I really like it  and would like to think that this isn't going to be one of those "bugs" that I have to "deal with" :mansad:. . . Does anyone know a way around this? I know that with the 1st Edition Nook there is a workaround. Unfortunately, I did a google search and ended up in that forum first. It took about 20 min. before I realized that none of those "magic tricks" would work with Nook Tablet. Any ideas?
