    Is the no audio after sleep a known issue?

      I have read this is occurring on some batches of NC. My replacement NC is doing this. I am very frustrated right now, having just been on the phone with the totally non technical robot at B&N customer support with no supervisor available!

      Anyway, this unit will work after a full power off & restart. Audio is fine until it sleeps & then I wake it up. There is no audio after waking.

      I know that I can exchange it, but I have made 4, 60 mile trips in the last 2 days to B&N & would like to know if there is a workaround, or is it hardware.
