I am curious about that kind of device life the nooks have. I have version 1 B&W Nook and was disappointed that a new one is already out. I am considering upgrading and I am wanting to know what B&N device life is before a new version comes out. Anyone know? I also take it that B&N and has no device upgrade policy in place?
The "life" extends beyond when a new device comes out.
That said, no one can answer this definitively (probably not even B&N), but a good guess would be 1-2 years between devices. This is kind of just normal for electronic devices today. That's how often you see a new iPhone, a new Kindle, etc.
