my nook for pc app is displaying an error 1003 every time i try to log in....HELP!!! i want to read !!!!!!!!
I am getting the same thing.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the NOOK for PC app on my computer. I now get a different error message. It now goes through the "signing in... Please wait" screen longer (the 1003 error popped up almost immediately) and then I get
We are sorry, but this Barnes & Noble application has encountered a problem and it needs to close (code010) Would you like to restart the application now?"
Saying yes just takes me back to the log in screen and starts the same thing over, with the same result.
Suggestions? Yes, I have a connection to the internet. Yes, I am certain I am using the same email and password as my account online at the BN site (including proper caps). I've tried several times, hours apart.
