I am so dissappointed in the Nook HD+ tablet that arrived today that I was on the phone for 30 mintues getting an RMA. They sent me an RMA email with the RMA # and address to return it, but no pre-paid RMA label, Is this B & N practice?? If so, I won't be purchasing physical merchandise from them again
