Aafter being walked through a hard reset to correct an unresponsive touch screen, now I find I can't get and Google aps's to update. I keep getting the error message "Package file is invalid". I then performed an "Erase & Deregister" (per B&N tech support) only to find I'm still getting the same message.
I've looked on the internet for help, but everything is geared for phones- and nothng on the Nook. Has anyone one else had this issue? And please pardon me, I'm new to the forum, and if it's already been discussed, kindly just point me in that direction. I ran a topic search and didn't see anything...

What device HD or HD+?
What version of the software are you running?
Have you removed the software and redownloaded it?
Is this only happening with Google Apps? If so have you contacted Google support?
