    Disabling Apps??

    Reisnice

Does anybody know how to disable apps like email and Rhapdody ? I don't want to delete them, but just stop them from running automatically. I've decided that the email app is interfering with logging into my email on the web, probably because it's already logged in. And I sideloaded a system information app, and discovered that Rhapsody was loaded after I opened it a few days ago to look at it, and was using several meg of memory. Neither of them have any properties that I've found to just turn them off until I hit the button again.

Also, has anybody figured how to put a 'Web' button on the home screen, to avoid having to hit the 'N' button and get the menu?

      Thanks

That's a really good question.  I would visit your B&N store and talk to a tech person.  I know our store offers NT classes and tech services.

For the email issue, on the check for new mail setting can't you choose "never" and then it shouldn't log in and affect your other login.
