    Web browser home page

Just got a NC for Christmas and I'm learning my way around it.  (I'm totally new to mobile devices).  When I use the web soft touch button, the browser goes to the last web site I visited, not my home page.  When I browse the web from my PC, of course, I go to my home page when I launch my browser.  This is what I'm used to and this is what I'd like from my NC browser.  Is this possible?

Great question. I hope someone has the answer, I would like to know as well.

And as an aside what do some of you use for your homepage? [looking for ideas]

I use Google as my homepage since that usually will take me anywhere else.

Yeah, it opens up the last site you were on .  What I do is I go to the settings (the top right hand side-it's "lines") the I go to "windows" and close all the windows that are open-even it if it's just one window) and that will take your browser to your homepage then just close the browser.

Well, this doesn't work.  When I close out all the open windows I don't return to my home page; it still goes to the last page I was on, it's just blank.  Thanks anyways.

If you bookmark your chosen homepage you can press on it when in bookmarks. You should get a pop up with the option to set your homepage one of the options. There are a couple of other ways, but I feel this one is easiest.

If the homepage is set properly? Then when your nook defaults to the last page visited you should be able to press the star and the first preset bookmark, usually the secod item should always be your homepage. I know it is an extra step. Be sure to add an I want a default to homepage option in the suggestions area.
