    B&N account name and password not working in Nook set up

      Just got my Nook HD+ today, and I'm trying to set it up.  It's asking me if I already have a Nook (or B&N) account, which I do, but it tells me that my password is incorrect when I enter it.   I am able to log into my account on the desktop, though, so I have no idea why it's not recoginizing my password, and I can't proceed in the set up process without it.  I tried making another account, but it says my email address is already in use (obviously) so I can't do that either.  Anyone else encounter this problem?
