    Nook Usage Survey for B&N


      I just received an email from B&N requesting completion of a survey as follows:


      "In a continuing effort to improve our services, we are contacting select
      customers to participate in an online survey. By spending 10 or so minutes to
      tell us about yourself and how you use your NOOK, you will provide us with
      valuable information that will help us better serve you, as well as shape the
      future of NOOK."


      Anyone else get it? The  survey covered ease of browsing app, book, magazine, newspaper and movie content, as well assearching for content and purchasing via the website or on nook devices.


      I addressed shelving and search inconsistencies across devices.
