    B&N Server is not responding now ...

      is the message I've gotten every time I've tried to update my library for the last several days.  I'm using the same credit card that my account was set up with, I can update the bookstore with no problem, but I can't update my library at all.  I've seen several suggestions about unregistering and reregistering my reader as a possible way to fix the problem, but how do I do that?
