Did you try re-booting the device? That often works wonders.
also if you want to un-register your device its relatively easy.
go to settings
Erase & degregister your device
but like draksig said maybe first just try reboot your NC
There have been a couple of posts to this effect today. I'm guessing that B&N is having some issues. It seems to be affecting NOOK and NOOKcolor users. You're probably just going to have to wait it out until it resolves itself.
Yes, and I am sure now the conspiracies will start that it is because B&N is getting ready to drop the update like it's hot.
I still think it's two weeks away at least.
I've been getting the same error message for 4 days and was unable to dowload my new books. I finally did a factory reset this morning and it is working fine - downloaded my books and all is well. Wish there was an easier solution than having to re-enter all my info but oh well.
I had been on the phone with BN every day and the solutions they gave me were pointless and did not work so my last resort was the reset and it worked.
I have regrets since the day I received this Pandigital. None of my friends are having grief with their Kindles.
What good is a reader if you can't ever download anything. My message says I've purchased the books, but they will not download. I tried rebooting-doesn't work.....It's a constant battle, so I use a few hours to try and get it up and running then toss it in a drawer for months...Waste of money
Paige49: Would you mind expanding on specifically what is happening? What sort of device are you using, what sort of reading software (and versions) and so on?
The reason I ask is that there's an ongoing problem with NOOK Touch devices that appears to be linked with specific accounts on various devices. I'm wondering if there's anything in common.
