You should contact the App developer. BN doesn't develop the Apps.
As bklover said you have to contact the developer.

You can also search online and see YouTube videos for the game and see what people are doing on the first page. Perhaps there's some hard to understand way to play the game.
Also try turning your screen on and off on the first game screen.
