Same problem...same attempt to get PubIt to fix...same lack of remedy.
Same problem. Same total lack of response to all emails, and I've sent several.
It's pretty frustrating.
Just by looking at other's titles I see this issue is systemwide. Finally, after 10+ emails, I got this response:
"B&N is experiencing a glitch in the reviews/ratings/stars postings and calculations at this time. A fix is in the works and we hope to have it resolved in the very near future.
We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you.
Barnes & Noble"
Also...I did sent an email to their Corporate Communications VP. Doubtful they'll do anything, but I certainly do get the feeling that B&N doesn't value our contribution to their P&L.
