Do you have the HDTV adapter kit already?
I want to view slideshows of pictures on my Nook HD+ using an HDMI cable to connect to a 32 inch 1080p TV set. The Nook HD+ can handle 1920 x 2180 pixel images, as can the TV set, and my digital camera easily produces such images. So I want the viewer to be capable of displaying images at that resolution.
I've downloaded the Fish Bowl App, which supposedly can show slideshows, but I don't see how to start one. Also, it allows me to set resolutions which are described in words, but I don't know what those words mean numerically. I haven't been able to find documentation which explains how to use that app in greater detail.
I don't normally use Fish Bowl Photo Gallery, but I downloaded it to take a look.
The HELP option on the Menu bar has a description of how to start a slideshow.
Select a folder / album to view by tapping on it.
Tap on Actions
Tap on Slideshow ( first item in the list)
I am not sure what you are referring to about resolutions. You can change the size of a picture by dragging the edge of the white picture frame.
More documentation can be found here www.pixiereef.com
Actually the resolution is 1920 x 1280
