    Overdrive app

When I am reading a library book using the Overdrive app and a larger font, the bottom line on the page is hidden under the bottom toolbar. Is there a way to hide that toolbar?

Also haven't been able to sideload library books if they are licensed media. Is there a way to do this?

I don't know how to remove the bar in the overdrive app. I don't care to read books in Overdrive though I will when I have to so I haven't played with it too much.

I've been using ADE to download my drm'd ebooks to my PC when I can't get them downloaded directly to my HD+.  ADE however doesn't recognize my HD+ so I just go into "my digital content" folder and drag and drop the book from their into my HD+ myfiles/books folder. You can probably drag it into your pc's dropbox folder as well and download it from there. The first time I did that and then tried to read the ebook (of course, you have to enable ADE in your account settings first) , it told me that it could not read that file type. So I closed the reader, waited a few minutes, opened it up again and it as fine. I haven't had any trouble opening any DRM'd books since that first one. Note: If Overdrive is installed on your device, you have no choice but to use it to read this type of content, it opens by default if installed.  I keep mine in the cloud until I need it, download and install it, send it back to the cloud when I'm done so my device will be able to read the ebooks using the stock reader. IF OD is on your device, you will be forced to use it to read your content.

Don't know if this is helpful or not, but I don't care to use OD to read if I don't have to so I do what I can to avoid it.

Here's my understanding of how you can read DRM'ed ePub books on Nook that you get from the Library.

Option 1: Use the Overdrive App.

            Option 2:

first, go to Settings > Account Settings and tap on Adobe Digital Editions. Enter your account information so that your account is linked to your HD or HD+.

IMPORTANT: You must do this FIRST. People have run into problems when they tried to add user account information in the process of opening a sideloaded book. So do this FIRST. Before sideloading any books that have DRM etc.

Second, as CompulsiveReader spelled out in her post. Just move your files to a folder on the HD or HD+.

Make it something easy to remember like /My Files/MyLibraryBooks

Go to this folder using File Manager and open the book. Since you've linked your ADE account, and since the books are issued from the lbirary in your ADE account (assuming you used ADE to download to your PC) they will work.

I'm not sure if there's a way to change the association of Overdrive App with Library Books but there should be something in Settings. I don't have Overdrive installed. Please go to Settings > Apps and see if you get any options under Overdrive such as 'Associate With File Types' or something.
