      Enjoyed my Nook for a year when it developed a problem. B & N sent me a refurbished Nook but now both the old and new Nooks fail to access my account. I wanted to erase all content on the old one before returning it and you must be able to access your account to do that. Can it be turned off at some corporate level I don't know about?


      Guess my new Nook is just a paper weight.
