    Alex - when are hd/hd+ shelf issues going to be addressed by BN Customer Service?

      Subject says it all. I don't see you addressing ANY of the various threads or answering the message I sent you. Please could you provide us with some simple info? For instance is this a known issue now to your tech people? When can we expect an acknowledgment of it? When is a fix going to be rolled out? Its not good customer service to ignore your customers!
