I was able to open attachments and even download pictures and video attachments. All I used was the B&N stock email app. I stopped using the email app because of problems that have been discussed on numerous blogs and just checked my email on the computer waiting for a fix.
Yesterday I got the new 1.4.2 update and decided to try the email app again since there was supposedly a fix.
Now I Cannot open any attachments. Any help would be appreciated.
I noticed that the emails stopped working when they did the upgrade to the NOOK. I recently contacted Nitro and they said that Touchdown was supposed to work and that it was on BN's part as to why it didn't work since it used to work. I found it strange that BN had us purchase it and it worked until the upgrade, and then they said it didn't support it. Sounds like their software writers didn't know what they were doing or they didn't pay Microsoft ant fees to get the correct code to make it work.
