    Adult Books

      Consider the duck.

Drakes and ganders mate for life.  During mating season bachelor drakes often pay the couple a visit.  As several bachelor drakes keep the husband drake busy, the others take turns mounting his mate.

Based on her actions, shouts and quacks, she enjoys this very much.  Each bachelor takes his turn, sometimes more than once.  The cuckold drake tries to chase them off; he never succeeds.

When all of the stud bachelor drakes have had their turn and the female is completely sated, the bachelor drakes fly off – probably in search of food (pizza and beer?) or in search of another randy female.

If you, dear reader, identify with either the horny bachelor drakes, the cuckold drake or the satisfied gander:  you will thoroughly enjoy reading any of the erotic books in the “Tenth Commandment Series” by DL Davito.

Why?  Not aware of any rules against promoting adult books here.

Possibly because he's spammed multiple boards here with the same promotion for his book. The post titles are different, but I saw this exact same message 3 times on one board here yesterday.

Spam = I will not read your book.  I will not read any of your books.

Spam = I will assume your book is as annoying as you are, and that you put the same effort into editing it as you put into marketing it (i.e. none)

Spam = I will block you if you try to spam me anywhere that I can block you.  Frankly I hope Alex blocks you.

                      So...

Spam does not lead to sales, just angry people who are likely never to want anything to do with you.  Just sayin'.  You might want to try actual marketing.  I know, it's harder, but it's what smart people do who want to get the word out about something.

That is objectionable, although frankly it's not the first time we've seen that activity, especially from a new author.  Don't know (haven't looked) if there is some rule that specifically states how many times you're allowed to promote your book, or if it's just a matter of good taste to realize when enough is enough.

Allso, I'm not sure, but it seems to me that some of his posts may not be for the same book, but for different ones in the same series.  I thought I remembered a different title on one of the others, but can't recall where it was.
