    My Account Doesn't Work

      I've emailed  exch_pubitbusiness-AT-book.com and  pubit-AT-bn.com and also called dozens of times since, and I'm not kidding, since October of 2010.  I've been trying to get my account fixed because there is an issue with it (for some reason) having 2 profiles.

       

      When I initially setup the account, I also uploaded my first book.  With that, and the confusion of my dual profiles, the book I've uploaded has been sitting in limbo.  Which means to say that it says it's processesing and has been saying that since October of 2010.

       

      I honestly don't know what to do any more.  I've talked to several people that have promised that this issue would be fixed.  I've emailed and also gotten confirmations.  And every time, without fail, I wait, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, until now.  It's endless!!!  Can SOMEONE please look into my account and figure out what is going on!!!!  I've TOTALLY lost my patience and I don't mean to take that out on anyone, BUT COME ON!!!!

       

      I'm at the point where I want to delete my account and start over, but the last thing I want to do is do THAT, and then have problems with that deleted account and my new account.  So, I'm reaching out ONCE AGAIN, to see if ANYONE at Publit! can give me some help!  I have several pieces I want to upload and sell, and I am literally getting nowhere.

       

      Please help!
