    Just Received Reply-Email Re: Vanishing Sales

      I wanted to let the forum members know that I did get an email and this was very prompt with my only having emailed them regarding the vanishing sales issue, just last night! I actually sent them the same email this morning due to my forgetting to attach a screenshot of my sales page.


      Anyway, this was their response:


      "Hi James,

      We're currently experiencing issues with the My Sales page and the Sales Reports drop-down menu. We're working on fixing it and hope to have it up and running again in the next couple of days. So sorry for the inconvenience!"


      This is what we were looking for - it confirms that the problem is not just with a few of us, they recognize it and that they're working on it.


      Good news in my opinion!
