    Content Not Supported on this Nook

      Ok, I have both the Nook Tablet and Nook Color and I just purchased 4 new apps and none of them will work on either device. Is there another Nook device that I don't know about??  The apps are Penguin Bowling, NOAA Now, aniPet Aquarium, and War of the Words.

          I did finally manage to get the apps to work. However they are still listed in my Everything Else folder. Will try the archive, unarchive method when they eventually get posted to my online account.

            These apps still are not posted to my online account:smileysad: I can only access them from my home page. They wont work if I access them in the Everything Else Shelf and they don't show up on the Apps shelf. Any ideas would be helpful.

              The apps were purchased through my online account. I don't purchase anything through my Nooks. They are listed as shipped, however they are not in my app library online. Both of my devices are up to date. They are listed in my Everything Else Shelf on both devices. When I go to press on them, they all say "content not supported on this device." There is no choice to archive or unarchive them. I won't do an erase and re-register because they are not listed in my online library, so they would never reload anyway. I think this is something I'm going to have to call CS on. As an experiment, I ordered the StumbleUpon app online tonight. It showed up fine on both devices in my apps shelf, however that app too is not listed in my online app library. Very strange .

                @laurieb52, if you read my post above yours, you will see that both my devices are up-to-date with 1.4.1.

                I cannot archive and unarchive them from my online account because they don't show up in my online account through my PC. They won't archive, unarchive from the devices either because there is no option for that on the description of the apps. They are in my Everything Else Shelf. They say "Content not supported on this device.":smileywink:

                  Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Alex for fixing the problem with my apps. He re-activated them in my online account and I re-synced with my devices. All is working fine now.:smileyvery-happy:
