Libraries to pay more for Random House ebooks

Random House is currently the only publisher providing ebooks to OD/libraries with no restrictions. Looks like their continued participation is coming @ a very high price! According to another story on this site Before Penguin pulled out they, & Random, accounted for the majority of the libraries top downloads. I've noticed many fewer bestsellers showing up in new arrivals. Most are older book from the catalog I've already read or indie authors. Have had to get most of the more current books in the print version.
